Languedil (ˈleŋɡɔˈðəl)
A language retained from the Old World which grew as one of the official tongue of the Eastern Realms. It is the main dialect of the Fortern Kingdom.
This langage was alledgedly used in a particular region of the Old World with many neighboring dialects and influences. While the reborn nobles are said to have employed foreign tongues and minorities of fellow First Sent employed those neighboring dialect, scant few of either survived the turbulous Sending or the unifying Conquest to the modern day.
Hearing Languedil is easy, as the words are articulated and each sound separated between consonnents. Writing it however can be a nightmare of chaotic pronounciations due to its chimeric origins and unfinished aesthetic.
