A bandit warlord of Apostoli. Dumber than he looks but still an accomplished runner, smuggler, and thief. Regarded as a major nuisance by the powers that be but Rachez has a peculiar ability in dodging retribution for his and his men's actions. Whether that is thanks to a secret noble benefactor or the Sender's sense of humor is anyone's guess.
