Apostolite Veteran who has served under General Estofar Del Ascua for years and would gladly jump into Carsil with him if he was asked. Despite being overweight, Raul is a skilled tactician and spearman, more subtle and cunning than his brash General.
During the Massacre of Mor Toith, Raul was one of the riders who recovered Estofar after his successful performance which resulted in what is known as the Hell Dome.
