Quite mature and assertive for his young age, this young ruler wants to fulfill the dreams of his dear Grandfather of whom he inherited the curiosity. He is opened to the Van republic allying with the Keratos Empire in the future, though the amalgamate Republic's strange politics may get in the way of his goals.
