Study of the potential Effects of the Sent

A giant record of all confirmed Sent in history, and a commentary on all things these envoys from the Old World can produce by their mere presence. Sent have a knack for pushing entire countries to shift their policies 180 degrees, as well as offer incredible technological advances that can turn small counties into dreaded superpowers. A good example of the latter can be seen in Midland's use of guns and absurd shipbuilding expertise.
Trying to remain objectve, the book's preface explains how the existence or absence of the mystical Senders is not debated here. The author only discuss the fact that people born with memories not their own are a real thing.
This book has been used by inquisitorial people trying to capture Sent, fearing what theur knowledge could produce in the wrong hands. Traits of Sent and their commonly known actions serve to identify them among the populace. As such, people trying to get richer than anything thanks to a convenient invention are quite suspicious.

The ESPE is a well-guarded book, originally intended for public use by a Way of Acceptance's Pathfinder. Most copies are stored either in castles of the Eastern Realms, catching dust in Midlander Libraries, or in distant western realms. Currently, the few copies available east are in the hands of collectors, nobles, or fanatics.
