A Treaty redacted and signed by the most powerful realms of Orbido.
Redefined the boders of the Demon Empire and the Fortern Kingdom to include the Monster riddled area between the Fana and Carsil forests.
Forbids the use of Refined Magical Spells producing magical effects such as the Hell Dome during the Massacre of Mor Toith. Any researched sanctionned by the government, or unopposed within the borders of the government will have the entirety of the remaining countries entering a coalition force to subjugate the concerned realm.
