A dozen bodyguards obey the orders of this older man to accompany clients for as long as the contract lasts. For a small price, you can move around town without fearing for your life and purse. Basically, Velquior runs caravans within Firstown.
His past as a high-ranked official of the young Midland Governement didn't protect him from a very hard fall from grace.
