Vorva, Torn-Back

A grim Demoness with a knack for surviving encounters with the most dangerous monsters in Carsil. Vorva's reputation began after she was mauled by a giant bird and was rescued by a passing party of monster-slayers. The experience didn't frighten her and she kept getting back in the forest, amassing scars and the occasionnal good quality pelt.
With the arrival of Mor Natar "Beastseeker" in her region, her odds of survival greatly increased. INtrigued by her stories, the Demon Lord appointed her as instructor for Monster tamers and slayers in his City of Beasts. She uses her experiences as examples of what not to do to survive in the monster-filled forests.
Known for the countless scars on her back that gave her her namesake, even she doesn't know exactly which came from what encounter, those details getting lost with the quantity.

Personal history

If one word could define Vorva's life, it'd be "Resilience". If there were two, they'd be "Bad Luck". Vorva was born outside a breeding Citadel, wiht loving and rich parents vowing to take care of her her entire life. Unluckily, both her progenitors were killed in a freak accident while they were walking near a construction site. Like most Demon orphans are handled, the already named Vorva, entered the Breeding Citadel to receive a government-payed education
