A water-manipulating skill where the user gathers water and makes it spin at high speed to form a spear. A dangerous technique made for close quarters and getting past any defenses. Its lethality once the outer protections of a foe are penetrated makes it a terrifying weapon.

Manifestation

A thick jousting spear made of water forms around a part of the body, getting pointier on its end as it spins.
