Water Skirt

A defensive Water Magic technique. The user manifests a cloak of water around his lower body. The body of water is circling at speeds dependent on the user's mastery of his bodily Mana. This "skirt" of sorts can carry the user forward at very high speed and protect his lower body from harm since the water is mana-wielded, making it impervious to mana based attacks and physical damage.
