Emberward

Emberward is the north eastern captitol of Orden. While the city itself is not remote it purposely holds itself apart from most of Orden. Many say that you're either of Emberward or you are of Orden implying that the citizens hold themselves outside the normal ecosystem of Orden. It's vassel towns and cities only have interaction with the knights and collectors of Emberward when their caravans come to town to collect taxes and goods. Some of the remote towns talk of skyships that that collect their tithes but few have ever seen them. The city is not large but it is dense containing some of the tallest structures in all of Orden. Even the strange pieces of mechanical art at it center is said to be seen reflecting light for miles on a clear day.
The city and north eastern Orden is controled by King Wichard the Dragon.
