Over the last 1,000 years change came to the realms, wanted or not, destiny had a plan. The great nation of Pieria succumbed to the legions of Hell and the hordes of the Abyss. The Giant Kingdoms fell and were pushed back by the strength of man, dwarf, elf, and orc. Nations were carved out, the orcs tamed the fringes of the Feld, a massive ancient forest. The dwarves set their mines in a great ravine and built a prosperous nation. The Humans warred against each other and now two kingdoms, Nexus and Ruhm, maintain a relative peace with each other. The elves left, seeking seclusion and peace on an island far out at sea. The scholars of today marks those time as the Age of Turmoil. The world now sits in the Age of Silence, as there is peace between the realms, or perhaps this is the calm before the winds of destiny turn the world once again.
