What happens when a mortal wishes to become immortal, when someone with no power wishes to have power to dwarf worlds? A blade stained with blood, a ruby corpse without its head. The eating of divinity. A body disjointed, aching with pain. Eyes sprouting like spring flowers. A mind without thought, without clarity, without being. Hands covering every sense, to protect itself from the truths. To protect it from lies. A pillar of flesh reaches for the stars, ripping through the space of time and imagination. The pillar was gone in a flash of light. A god lost and trapped in the ocean of stars, his eyes watching for any semblance of home.
