Orias

Orias is a continent guarded by behemoths. The elemental titans are worshiped as gods, while other powerful monsters claim their own worshippers as stewards of certain ideals. The dragonlords were among the first to be elevated to deity status ruling over many groups that upheld the traits of their draconic masters. The chromatics subjugated the people, while the metallics reigned peacefully over their chosen countries. Bahamut in particular, the silver metallic dragon of justice, taught his chosen, the elves, to control and use their innate magics and soon there grew a rift in the dragonlords' peace. Many dragons feared that if the lesser beings knew magic they would rise up and defeat them, so a portion of dragonlords drew away from their chosen people, leaving them susceptible to the remaining populations. Bahamut himself disappeared a century ago, leaving no trace of his whereabouts.
