Temple of Aurora

Location

The Temple of Aurora sits at the West coast of the Dark Lands in a Town called Banjir.

God

It is made as a dwelling for the goddess Aurora, goddess of water, life, and healing. She is as long known as the dark lands inhabitance has been there.
Her appearance is that of a middle-aged lady with dark hair a sea blue gown and a staff that seems like water trapped in a form of a staff.

History

Originally it was made as storage for ships to load and unload from their fishing endeavors, many people prayed hoping for good weather and safe passage, so much that it created Aurora, and with her constant presence she became a known and revered name in the town of Banjir.
The storage sailo was cleaned out and made into her church, where she taught clerics the power of healing and performed until then unthinkable miracles.
It is currently the only church to Aurora in the world, jet the believers have kept it up and running since the day it was first built.

The Passage

There is a myth connected to the Temple and Goddess Aurora, about the promise land, a land made by the beings of a long-forgotten time. as a utopia of never-ending bliss, it is the hope of all fisherman in Banjir that the goddess Aurora will one day send them there, how she has been known to do. Some nonbelievers say that the men who sail out are nothing short of moronic for believing in the goddess, for no one has ever returned and there is no proof of the land existing. Even with that, all believers, that have been given the blessing to go to the holy land, have gone, never to be seen again...
