The college of wizardry
The college of wizardry was made by wizards and for wizards, as a communitive effort. Any wizard was allowed to study any kind of magic they wanted, which led to a large spectrum of activity in one room - a wizard might be studying about the confusing mathematics of healing spells, while in the next a wizard would be making a dissection on his undead servant and in the one over a man could be summoning an eldritch abomination, to sell his soul to.
Those were known as the golden times of the college.
Structure
All are equal and no one is more important than any other.
Culture
There was an unspoken rule about not looking at other wizards' works if they did not request it. With the nature of the wizards, however many were keen to share their findings with any who would listen. And if a wizard did not talk about what he was working on, it was probably to keep others safe.
Public Agenda
Their goal was to reach untouched heights of magic and push it to the limits.
Assets
In its assets, the college held the building alongside a 500gp investment from the original wizards, which was used to buy materials for magic item creation that were sold off for more luxurious resources, this worked extremely well, and soon the college was the leading economic superpower, that brought forth many rare magic items.
History
It was rushed and built in ___ and accommodated the wizards of the time, later it was expanded on by adding rooms, laboratories, and later having its own personalized paper-making section alongside a candle-making workshop.
The End
The building came to an end when Alkazar was branded a bringer of doom, because of the reputation of that and the present break out of death rot, the college was forced to close its doors, or have it burned down by the villagers, the wizards, by that time had lived their dream experiments and so they complied, leaving only Greybeard, to be forgotten. All can be learned and should be learned

Leader
God of prophecy and knowledge, that did not say more than he needed. When presented with a question from a wizard, he would hint at the solution, knowing that wizards wouldn't enjoy having everything handed to them, but everyone still turned to him for aid when stuck on the same problem for the fifth day.
