The decree of independent freedom for all
To the people of the Dark Lands, both natives and newcomers, both young and old, both horned and tailed, to all who can read and to all that will listen, here I wright to the good people of the land, hoping for the support and endorsement of my fellow comrades and brothers in arms.A decree of the Dark Lands, to be unruled written in order to rally supporters against a takeover by a King from the mainland.
We were sent here most not buy wishes our own, but by the whims of rulers full of corruption and spite, either because they fear us or because they despise us.
We were sent here to die, hopefully clearing out some monsters along the way, just so that they can come in here and take, for it is all they know how to do. Think to yourself have the rulers of old not hurt you, not force you through times of suffering, and have they not taken from you, the fruit of your hard labor.
If they have what will you do when they do in again here, will you let them walk in hand by your side, asking of mercy and hoping, that they leave you with enough to get by? Or will you raise your sword and scythe in rebellion to the whims of their rule, that end at the big blue, for they have no power here, this is our land and our homes, that I am not ready to lose.
Even though the land is sparse of food and light is of no real quantity here, is it still not our new home? Will we not fight to protect it? I for one am sickened by the greed and egos of the rulers of old, and I will not bow to a man to whom lying is second nature, nor should you. So join me in banishing any who might wist to command us. The only reason you should follow the rules of another is if you have chosen to give your loyalty to them, and I have given no such loyalty.
This is our place so let's be compassionate to one another, let us build each other up, give help when plausible, let bygones be bygones, but we won't even get the chance to if they will come in instating their rule. So I ask, not as a wanna be hero or leader, but as a human, won't you please lend me your strength, for I cannot do this alone.-Mr. Reaper.
