Eustace used to be a farmer in the Old World before he married Muriel. He claims to have been very successful but left it all for Muriel's dream. This is debated but one thing is certain, Eustace has been a dogged supporter of Muriel since the beginning. Acting as bouncer and muscle for her enterprises when Muriel suggested they go with the expedition he supported her wholeheartedly. Know he works as a handy man for the town and a bouncer for the Inn.
