Meishi (May-she) Skopunson (Sk-o-pun-son)

Visits his victims in their last dying breath. Those who worship are graced with painless release, and those who don't... well, the screams tell the story in his stead. Witnesses (those that claim to be) have reported him to carry a large, intricate scythe, with his holy symbol engraved on the blade.
