Paradox-Billiards-Vostroyan-Roulette-Fourth-Dimensional-Hypercube-Chess-Strip Poker (also known as PBVRFDHC or The Children's Card Game) is a card game invented by the sapphire dragon Drelbarix as a means of entertainment. Each player starts with a deck that is between 40 to 60 cards. Decks can be bought at the headquarters of the Shooters Lodge within Havenport. The more enthusiastic a player is about the duel, the better the duel will be. Over dramatic expressions of joy and sorrow are encouraged while playing this game. There are two different ways to resolve a game between parties: expanded method and expedited method.
Expanded Method
- The deck is constructed and played using Master Rule 4, which means the Extra Monster Zones are in effect, as well as Link Monsters.
- The most recent banlist is utilized.
- Games can be played in person or online through Ygopro.
Expedited Method
The following rules apply to the expedited method:- The game is to best of 5.
- A coin is tossed to determine who goes first. The loser of the coin declares their action first.
- During each round, a contestant may choose between Dexterity plus Gaming Set Proficiency, Intelligence plus Gaming Set Proficiency, or Heart of the Cards.
- The loser of the previous round declares first in the next round.
- Each type of roll may not be declared more than twice during the space of the game.
- For Dexterity and Intelligence, the players or DM can compare the two different rolls to determine the victor.
- When a player rolls Heart of the Cards, the DM shall consult a special table to determine if the Heart of the Cards is with them.
Heart of the Cards
First compare the straight roll of HOC vs the opponents roll. If the HOC players result is lower then refer to the following table. On a 1 of the second die roll, the HOC player wins.Game State | Die Roll |
