Cirith

The city of Cirith is the capital of Cririth and is currently within the Kingdom of Mordred.

This place was empty, and when Astaroth conquered these lands, he was in disbelief at the lack of a settlement in a perfect place beside the river, and so he had the city of Cirith built for his new land. Since then the city has been the regional capital of the area and it being near the start of the Acadian River, makes it important trading hub and checkpoint for any persons traveling.
