Of all the Endless the god of murder and rebellion is the most unknown. He has no temples dedicated to him. He has no priesthoods. He has no alters or shrines. No rites, or ceremonies.
And yet...
He thrives in times of war. Times of uncertainty. Times of desperate choices that must be made by men to ensure the survival of themselves, their families, their orders, and their kingdoms. He is sometimes called the god of assassins. The god of plots and schemes. He is the god whom mortals turn to when something horrible must be done to preserve something they treasure or desire. The "lesser" of two evils. But he is also the god of ambitions, and the god of cunning. He is the god that no one worships, and yet everyone fears for he is the devil on every man's shoulder. The pragmatic voice in their minds that whispers to them the awful, but obvious solution to their woe.
Zalamund is an enigma wrapped in a riddle. A thing that must exist but must never be spoken. The shadow cast by every star and torch. He is the answer to the age old question...

Zalamund has no temples, and no priesthoods.
However...
There are many who believe that on the continent of Infidia where the Sultans of the Seven Kingdoms rule that Zalamund may in fact be the mysterious power known in those blazing sands as the Lords Who Lie Below. If this is truth this his priesthood is a guild of assassins known as the
Thirteenth Rib.
Sacred Icons
Sacred icons are symbols which often are meant to depict the Endless, infer their blessings, or denote their followers. The Endless have many sects and are worshipped throughout Orr in a variety of ways but these icons represent the most common symbols associated with them:
