Vigilant Watch Captain

Captain Tarves is a gruff gentlemen who presides over the town watch in Ockney's Hold, He commands a unit of 5-10 men who patrol and keep the town and nearby mine's safe. He has served as the Town Watch captain at the behest of the Mayor of Ockney's Hold for 12 years. In that time there's never been a murder in Ockney's Hold,nor has it been attacked by outside forces. He is respected amongst the village for his ability to talk out tense situations peacefully and his good judge of character. 

He requested the work of some Rat Catcher's before the Festival of Harvest during the Reign of Ajax.
