Elbari Skimmers

The Elbari Skimmer is a device used by New Elbarins to descdent deeper into the city of New Elbar. It is a sturdy carved piece of wood, a point on each end, it is made from the woods of the petrified forest after they have been treated by the elves to restore part of their solidarity. The result is a wood that is extremely strong and durable yet lightweight and hollow. Attached to the board is a pole with a sale for catching wind as one descends deeper into the canyon. Two smaller side sails also deploy to stabilize the descent.
Once the Skimmers make their way down into the canyon they can double as a boat for traversing the Kraggon Rivers depths, though most are strapped to Canyon Crawlers and sent back up the cliff face for redistribution.
