"59. Bone Trees"

General Summary

• The party rested a little while in a glade, Bo having to fight off some creeping vines. 
• After this they made their way through the dense forestation, discovering a strange circle of dirt which they avoided. Ashtyn discovered that casting spells made him exhausted. 
• The party found a creek bed, where they slept the night, narrowly avoiding some strange imp like creatures. 
• the next morning the party followed the creek into a larger dried river bed, this allowed them to make much faster progress, encountering some strange cat creatures and demented Elks along the way. As well as fairly regular, very sinister, bone trees. 
• After a few bends in the river the party came across a large white tower with a series of lochs over the river. They entered the tower and Pansy was able to investigate a carriage with a bloody past. He saw the carriage fleeing a city many many years ago and got a glimpse of some kind of terrifying creature. 
• The party investigated the tower, and were able to better orient themselves before coming under attack.
