18. The path of redemption

General Summary

• The party began the climb to the Don Buto , and Bo faced 5 challenges relating to the core tenets of the Don Buto's mantra. 
• Additionally Bo had to carry the former master of the Don Buto, Magnus the tortle on his back.
• Ash and Pansy found some rapidly regenerating bamboo.
• Bo was dropped into the chain well, were in the darkness he communed with Ilemetar
• Bo trained with Qui Tal  - as they assessed his skill level- eventually granting him the status of journeyman and presenting him with a journeyman blade; similar to Yannick "The Goblin" . 
• Bo was instructed that he should not return to the Don Buto until he has broken his journeyman blade in defense of others.
• After a week the party departed the Don Buto and headed toward the town of Finley .
• As they crossed the plain they encountered a couple of Mire Skites, Jacobi and Sascha, who collectively are half of a Skite Punk band called Marsh Fuck. 
• The party negotiated a deal where by the Mire Skites would help the party kill the notorious Finley Gang  and depose Miron Finley . 
• The party agreed to meet a contingent of Mire Skites at a local geographical feature called "Big Thumb".
