Klip Top Founders Society
The Klip Top Founders Society is a organization made up of figureheads from a small set of Klip Top families. These families have proven lineage to the towns foundations; largely elven ancestry. These families have been accused politely of being "purists" and impolitely of being racists and xenophobes. The founders society enforce various rigid rules of conduct and construction in the town and own most of the large and important businesses, as well as maintaining the towns small militia. They operate as a town council.
