River Exchange Council

The River Exchange council is the legislative body that runs the town of Three Rivers. The Council is comprised of the leaders of the towns most significant guilds, the head of the Outriders and one elected official. The council is presided over by a democratically elected mayor, currently Kelly Bednar .
