Grianan (Gree-Uh-Non)

Grianan

Capital of the Kingdom of Adouviel and home of the Loex Okarthel. Grianan is a large city located in the Northern portion of Eres. Grianan is a melting pot of cultures, with only about half of its population made of up Human and Elvish descent.

Grianan is split into four separate districts, Military (North), Religious (South), Residential (East), and Market (West).

The city itself is littered with modern architecture, stone pillars and large gray brick walls are used throughout each district. Many buildings in the military district feature large statues of former military leaders and tablet engravings on their accomplishments.

The Grand Library is known for its extremely large collection of books, from modern day and history.

The Obsidian Sanctuary

Located in the Religious district The Obsidian Sanctuary is the home of the Order of the Crescent, and rests on the top of Loex Okarthel.
