Premorth, Institute of the Arcane
The Premorth, institute of the arcane is the largest academic institute of all of Osserea, all of the collective knowledge that the world of Osserea has to offer would be found in the many libraries of Premorth. Be it the history of the world, its inhabitants or the many different cultures around the world of Osserea Premorth has it all. While being a collective of knowledge is not its primary focus it does succeed at it on an unparalleled level. The primary goal of Premorth is to better the future of the world of Osserea through magical advancement, by nurturing and helping young talented mages, sorcerers and artificers blossom and thrive to better the future for all. Many of the world's strongest wizards have passed through the halls of Premorth each leaving behind their own mark on the world's history and having an impact on the world's future.
