Forgotten Mishaps

Outside the dome of Freewheeling on Tomin Kora - in the Old City, the Pirate City, the Bloody Walk - there’s an alley between two dilapidated blocks of structures that once contained the Smuggler’s Guild and a handful of “retail” shops that fronted for various shadowy operations.
Many a hapless tourist, often from the Stellar Consortium, for one reason or another found their way to this alley and never found their way out.
The alley and its surroundings of the old town were exiled with the construction of the new dome and city under the oversight of the Shareholders of the Fagin Five Hundred in 2659.
