Fydaldir (Fa-dAl-deer)

While there is not much knowledge surrounding the demon lords, at least for mortals, Fydaldir is undoubtedly one of the more vocal ones. That is to say: we have slightly more insight into his motivations and general character than we do with most other demons (though still less than we know about Dhagnas). What is known for certain is that he rules over the 3rd level of the underworld, he feeds on the insanity and sickness of others, and he enjoys making air-tight deals. Said deals are supposedly always initiated by Fydaldir himself and he defines the terms, though he has been known to negotiate. He always insists on making verbal deals as opposed to written ones, though it is not known why this is so imperative to him. Despite the fact that his deals seemingly work against him occasionally, he is immensely devoted to them and will always uphold his end.

From here on all information is hearsay, mostly due to there only being one source or eyewitness account.

Continuing on his deals being irrefutable, he does not appear to lie to those he speaks with. He instead opts to simply not offer information the person doesn't ask, then if they do he tells them the truth.
He will spend a good amount of time on Otrina before disappearing for several decades. It is theorized that he does this when his affected start to dwindle out.
When on the mortal plane, he will take a variety of personas. Known aliases are an elf named Gerat, a lizardfolk named Ziis'ta, a gnome with an unknown name, a human named Amaru, and an Undine named Nelzus. He has been known to re-use these identities, and each one has a unique personality.
He is loath to fight mortals, preferring subtle manipulation. The few times he has demonstrated his power, the results have been catastrophic.
While his underlying personality seems to be smug and confident, it is suspected that he grows frustrated easily when he doesn't get his way. He also seems to be far more "polite" than some other demon lords, though the bar is low.
His true form is an ethereal black smog that gathers in one spot to form a humanoid upper body and arms. When he is like this, his personality and voice become much more primal and "traditionally demonic"
