One of Fork's persona's, that he briefly demonstrated to the party in Arc 2, Session 28, after naturally allowing himself to take the form of Fyl.
Fyl expressed that Tilly would likely get along pretty well with this side of Fork.  Her mother had described this side of her child as "The Devil on your Shoulder".
