Halfling

A small humanoid race that stands around 3 feet tall; they're the smallest of the traditional playable races.
The party has met a number of halflings, such as Sissybell Pimm, Caryton Feltz, Barba Kittletoe, and most recently Riris. It was expressed to Bulgey by Caryton that the Kingdom of Light's Crest is primarily a human and halfling kingdom.
