Nadar

The dragonborn shopkeep of "Nadar's Magical Mercantile," an adventurer's supplier that seems to exist in innumerable locations. Friendly, and willing to track down anything the party is looking for (with a finder's fee of course), he seems to be based out of some place in the outer planes called The Outlands. His strange dialect and vocabulary took some getting used to, but once Nadar realized the party were "Primes", he tried to dumb it down, or at least explain his terminology when questioned about it.
