The Hooded Figure

This person approached the party almost immediately after they found Kerani, informing them that he's there to capture her, and kill them. Wore an emblem on his chest, of a dragon with spikes around it. The pattern is like a sun. The mark of cultists that worship Khyber, the dragon below. His shadows seemed to have their own minds, or at least stared at Fork, and his cloak seemingly a creature unto itself.
Seemed capable of raising the dead with alarming ease.
Mentioned working for a master, some sort of amphibious humanoid that appeared in the room as the party fled.
Killed by the party at the end of Act 2.
