Universal Sign Language - USL

USL was implemented shortly after the War for Stonehill, though the war is unrelated. USL was intended to be a way to make it so those without the ability to hear, or those who needed to communicate silently, would have a widely known method to do so. USL was curated by a team of deaf and hearing people who created a straightforward but versatile language that would be able to get complex ideas across quickly and without ambiguity. It was quickly picked up across Ovenica (with the notable execption of Prathia) and has become a staple second language for many.
