Agnalda the Almost Significant

Agnalda the Almost-Significant was first and foremost remembered for her role in writing The Overlord's Code, but also for her invention of the Ray Gun of Not-Quite-Doom. As an extension of that particular invention, she is also known for conquering the country of Visorta Volenus. In perpetuity, Agnalda’s influence is likely responsible for that country’s devotion to upper-level sciences as a primary means of attack. Even throughout the changes that the country goes through, science is a primary contributor to their upper-level management.   The title is one of the first examples of deliberate mislabeling in Overlord history. Agnalda chose it herself and underwent a very extensive media campaign to ensure that it reached the far corners of the world, and then again when she completed the gun (called NQD for short). Her enemies laughed at her and joined in the insults after a short amount of time, rendering it a very economical media campaign, as far as such things go.   Exactly one year after the construction of the NQD, Agnalda launched her attack against Ember Hollow , Paratorion and Logenthru. It took less than two days before their defenses were overwhelmed. She walked in, took a few items of sentimental value and of monetary or scientific value, and then left, devoting the next decade to shoring up her defenses. The only country that managed to regain any of the stolen items during Agnalda’s lifespan was Ember Hollow, probably because she took an integral part of their anti-lava system and they were desperate.   Agnalda’s ego, thanks to copious therapy sessions, was kept in check enough that she actually kept the title and the name of the NQD for the rest of her career. She worked well with her counterparts and was a voice of reason for a great number of inter-overlord conflicts. This undoubtedly is what led her to become a founding member of the Council of Evil, an organization dedicated to the cooperation between Overlords.
