Fountain of Discernment

The Fountain of Discernment is one of the more fancifully named buildings in Maraphel, as it is neither a fountain nor is it a particular source of discernment. However, it is one of the more famous libraries in the world.
As Maraphel is noted for its magical education system, this library is one of the few in the world devoted exclusively to magical books. Some of them are more effective than others, but they all bear a hint of magic. Hollow Library in Ember Hollow is one of its counterparts. While that library focuses entirely on the darker elements of magical tomes, the Fountain is devoted to the more colorful variations. Not much that could shatter the earth, but a lot that are simply intriguing.
