I Can't Believe It's Not Fish People!
The low budget alternative to the popular Necronomicon and its Fish People spell, "I Can't Believe It's Not Fish People" (hereby abbreviated to NFP) is a highly useful spell with a lot of utility for the beginning spellcaster. Found in the Graviloxicon, this spell is an Evil spell used by wizards and sorceresses looking to add a little chaos to the daily grind.
The general purpose of the spell is to summon the "Fish People." Quality may vary, and does not depend either on the grade of materials used or on the power of the magician. It is somewhat random, actually. Some people end up with fish that insult their mothers. Others end up with a single vicious beast that tears through the countryside. It is a crap shoot as to where on the scale between that your variation will fall.
