I.C.E. Fishing

ICE Fishing, or "Inclement Circulation Expulsion Fishing", is a method by which some of the people in Ember Hollow will attack people. It involves a heavily insulated wet suit, a lot of cold resistant sensor technology, and a stick that forms a spear of ice as it is shoved through that material.
Interestingly, the technology for the fishing spear is not one widely adopted by most others, save for the headhunters of the Forest of Pain in Maraphel. They hide in the swamps, and when the spear is used it forms something of a toxic plant stem that attacks all comers. Rather useful in their situation.
