Shivering Sprogles

Shivering Sprogles, usually "sprogs" for short, are a kind of chattery lizard creature that live primarily within the Forest of Pain. Their language is Shiver Speak, and they hunt using this language and its soothing sounds to lull prey into complacency. They also occasionally use it to help lost children. 
Sprogs are not inherently evil or good, or even mischievous or cruel or a number of other adjectives. They are a sentient species, and that must be taken into account with their actions.
