Uvdalf the Uncorruptible

Note the fact that it's "incorruptible" with an eye. The man was willing to sacrifice spelling for the sake of alliteration.
Uvdalf was a contemporary of Jehoram, and was that hero's primary wizard companion. It is possible that this was only because Jehoram wanted to mitigate the disaster that was his erstwhile friend.
One of the many mishaps he was notorious for involved him attempting to train a dragon and then accidentally switching brains with the creature, leading to a very grumpy dragon who was too big to fit inside and enjoy a lovely Christmas feast and a very stupid wizard who kept trying to eat his companions. He was eventually swapped back, but his companions didn't really rush it.
