One of the rooms in the Goblin's cave has been converted into a laboratory.

It is quite a large room and has a great deal of alchemical apparatus and other experimental paraphernalia crammed into it. Because of the delicate (and dangerous) nature of this equipment, most of the Goblins are not usually allowed in unless they are helping Fishwhip with a particualr experiment.
