Orili
Orili is considered for the wide part a dead language, in that it is very rarely spoken by anyone, and only really understood by researchers and scientists. However, unlike other dead languages that have been forgotten to history, Orili actually continues to be adapted and new words added into it, the largest expansion of the language came about around 184 BDR when The Rularian Council enacted its information exchange agreement with the Venkan Dritha Empire, and then subsequently as the exchange agreement grew to include Erendoc and the Ruizar Empire.
Orili was adapted from it Rularian roots, being seen as the proto language for many of the Rularian languages, namely Dwarvish, Hillara and Orcish, to include Draconic words and Erendocian Common words so that there was a shared language across all three continents for researchers and scientists to use when naming new discoveries.
(In our real world view point, Orili is Oxdara's stand in for Latin - there won't be a full dictionary or etomolgy breakdown for it as it follows latin roots and is only used for naming scientific terms like the taxonomic rankings)
