The Confederation is a semi-political faction that is made up from the surviving families of goblins who defected or escaped from the old Okrish Warbands.
Without a set area of land to call their homeland, the goblins now live in set districts or small towns and cities within other empires on Oxum.
Still seen by some races as untrustworthy and unreliable, they prefer to live within their own communities with little interactions with the surrounding populous unless needed for business-related reasons.
Though originally used as cannon fodder or to do the orcs' dirty jobs, goblins nowadays make a living through their knack for inventing, engineering and maintaining equipment of other races. They are well-known for their experimental robotics and mechanical vehicles which surpass most other factions' level of sophistication, albeit far less reliable.
