"C'mon Lady Luck, don't fail me now!" -Zeebo Blackjack, right before losing his entire fortune.Gamblers, risk-takers and extravagant businessfolk often call on her for favors right before taking a big gamble, and if the Lady wills it, she might topple the dice in their favor. But as ever, it is all left up to chance, a roll of the dice if you will. For Lady Luck does not guarantee every call for help to succeed, but lets her Dice of Fate decide. After all, what fun is there in certainty?
Divine Symbols & Sigils
The symbol of the Lady are her many shapes of dice, with the most prominent being her twenty-sided die. Those who follow Lady Luck often carry one of these dice with them for good luck, or roll them to help them with decision making. High numbers mean great success, low numbers certain failure. However, these numbers are never guarantees as the Lady doesn't deal in those. But when the stakes are high and the Lady is watching, the dice may offer a glimpse into the future of the gamble you are about to make.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Lady Luck's sole goal is to entertain, to create drama, suspense and action for her audience of divine onlookers.
She does so in her own realm, Fortuna, situated in the Chaotic Neutral planes where she feels she fits in the most among the other divine residents.
Her realm is a paradise for those who like to take risks.
The souls of wealthy poker champions, back-alley gamblers and those who like to live dangerously walk the streets to enjoy the games of chance and gamble their gold away.
It is in the largest of these gambling-establishments the Lady herself resides, the Fortune's Favor Casino, and entertains her godly guests with a night of live-entertainment of the happenings in Oxum, nicely compiled into a single show with live guests of often puzzled adventurers and key-figures alike.
A large, magical screen shows the audience edited moving pictures of great natural events, adventurers performing heroic quests or their villainous counterparts plotting their schemes. All of these are compiled into "Plots", each with their heroes and villains, which she neatly presents as an ongoing story for the guests. It is during these presentations that she invites the patron gods of these "actors" to comments on their champions on stage, announcing favors they wish to grant them and speculations on how the story will continue. This often results in plenty of verbal fights between opposing gods, which Lady Luck welcomes with a smile towards the crowd. Drama is drama, be it between mortals or deities, and drama makes for great entertainment!
Adventures in Oxum : Live! Occasionally, the audience votes of their favourite ongoing "plot" on the material plane, be it a grand heist in the making or an actual world-changing scheme in the works by a dastardly villain. The winner of these votes gets featured at prime-time during the show, where Lady Luck pulls out all the stops and goes in-depth with each of the big actors of the story. She checks in, often with a live-feed through a powerful form of scrying, on each member and reviews their life during the past month. When they happen to catch the actors in a moment of strife, the Lady may even roll the Dice of Fate live for her audience, directly influencing the outcome of current events. This is seen by most deities as a highlight of the show, filled with suspense, drama and euphoria.
Meet the Actors The only section favoured more than the live rolling of the dice are the live interviews with actors of the "crowd-favourite plot". Here, Lady Luck invites important members of the plot to her show for a live questions and answers-section on her show, where she asks the parties questions from her audience to further fuel the intrigue in her stories. Often, this coincides with the interviewees receiving gifts from the audience, most often from their patron gods, to help them on their quests. And if they're lucky enough to even be Lady Luck's favourite, they might even receive some of her Dice of Fate, unique dice that each help out the party when rolled on the material plane. However, each dice only works when wielded by a mortal who fits the dice's theme, else they might receive not a boon, but a trick instead.

Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
Lady Luck occasionally send down physical manifestations of herself to the big players in her show, such as parties of adventurers, powerful rulers involved in conflict or the villains of her story.
When she does, those who have met the Lady describe her as a wealthy woman dressed in a fine, black or red jacket, suit pants and dark leather boots. Her skin tends to be pale and she most often takes the shape of a tiefling, elf or human when interacting with mortals, depending on their attitude to the race or just because she feels like it.
One thing that is consistent is her long, red hair and that all agree she was rather attractive. Not uncommon when it comes to deities.
Apparel & Accessories
Besides her wardrobe, Lady Luck always carries certain items with her when presenting her show or when interacting on the material plane.
Her most notable piece is her walking cane. This staff is made up from a solid, obsidian shaft topped with a geometric sphere made up from twenty side, each inscribed with the numbers one to twenty. This sphere represents Lady Luck's Dice, her divine symbol and the shape of the dice she rolls when determining the outcomes of her followers and actor's decisions.
Of course, the Lady never leaves without the actual Lucky Dice on hand. These sets of dice are contained within her jacket's pocket at all time, ready to be taken out and rolled to determine one's fate. She appears to always have one copy of each of her dice's shapes on hand with the ability to multiply them when needed.
