Ingrid Ironshield

Ingrid Ironshield is High Councilor of The Council, the ruling body of Bollodar. She became High Councilor by serving the longest on The Council, which is no small feat. She has been known to make many visits to the eight legions of Bollodar, and is always well prepared with an inspirational speech. She is known for backing strong security legislation, and increasing guard presence in the city.
