Dowdy Elven Guard
This elven guard was on duty with the Pretty Human Guard during the Copperday, Tailormoon, 1313 attack on Cherry Tree Boulevard. She was unimpressed with her fellow guard for being smitten when "Yvette" (really Hugo Dargent in disguise) deigned to flirt with him.
