This spell functions as Flare, except it affects all creatures in a 10-foot-radius burst of light from the target point. This cantrip creates a burst of light. Creatures in the affected area are dazzled for 1 minute unless they make a successful Fortitude save. Sightless creatures, as well as creatures already dazzled, are not affected by flare.
